Cordless jigsaws are high-quality power tools designed to cut straight lines, curves, and shapes in wood, plastics, and metal. The cordless design of these jigsaws allows excellent versatility and manoeuvrability, as they can be used anywhere in a workshop, outside, or on-site without the restriction of cables. You can even use them in confined spaces and areas without immediate access to a mains electrical supply.
These 18v battery jigsaws feature an LED job light to illuminate the work area, high comfort grips, fast tool-less blade change, and a smooth stroke speed of 2600 strokes per minute. They come supplied with 2 batteries and a 240v charger. The new generation of Lithium-ion batteries allows you to safely charge them in just 22 minutes without them being fully drained. These batteries are also 40% lighter and give greater running time than traditional NiCD or NiMH batteries. With 2 batteries, you can charge one battery while you use the other and swap when needed. This means that you will never have to down tools to recharge!
These orbital action jigsaws can perform quick and accurate front flush cuts, cutouts, plunge cutting, bevel cuts, and edge finishing. The adjustable aluminium base is easily altered for accuracy and cutting style. These jigsaws also have an anti-splintering device, and they can be used with dust extraction equipment to keep waste under control. These tools are ideal for construction sites, workshops, and DIY.
